What we call as content and communication management today, is very key. We’ve taken help of company like netCORE, to ensure to manage it[customer engagement] well, so that we can keep a track of it. We can actually measure successes. And if there is any future need of the product, lets say, like a cross-sell opportunity arising out the communication, I can do it. So both engagement and cross-sell run from a same platform, and we ensure that entire lifecycle is managed.
